FRESNO (KMJ) – a Porterville man is in hot water for drunk bicycling and other charges.
Around 9:00 at night on July 26, a man named Nathan Glass was pulled over by a Porterville police officer in the 400 block of West Olive.
But this was no ordinary traffic stop, Glass was on a bicycle.
The officer observed that glass was under the influence.
Glass was arrested.
A search revealed Glass was carrying a loaded firearm and some drug paraphernalia.
Turns out Glass is a convicted felon which prohibits him from possessing guns or ammo.
Glass was booked into the Tulare County jail.
