TULARE, CA (KMJ) – A Dinuba man is found guilty of molesting an 11-year-old girl
On Thursday, July 26, 2019, a Tulare county jury has convicted Eduardo Rodriguez for 12 felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14.
The Tulare County DA’s Office said the 36-year-old man had molested the young girl 12 times between 2016 and 2017.
The jury found Rodriguez guilty of substantial sexual conduct, and with multiple victims – all 12 crimes taking place within Tulare County.
Sentencing is set for September 6, 2019, in Superior Court.
Rodriguez faces 29 years-to-life in state prison—each count is considered a strike offense.
He will be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.
