FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A four-year old boy has now died of his injures after initially surviving a crash on Saturday morning by Prather that killed his mother and sister.

The Fresno County Coroner’s office say Hunter Wilson was in the truck with his 8-year old sister Reagan Wilson.

His mother, 29-year old Laci Wilson was behind the wheel.

The CHP said she suddenly swerved and flipped on Highway 168 crashing into another vehicle at Vineyard Lane, driven by a 58-year old woman – who was injured in the crash.

The father Daniel and another seven-year-old son, Zeke were not in the truck at the time.

They have a GoFundMe page in memory of Laci and Reagan Wilson

Statement on GoFundMe:

On Saturday, June 22nd, Laci Wilson and her daughter Reagan were both killed in a car accident near Prather, CA. Laci’s youngest child, Hunter, was also in the car and is in critical condition.

Laci’s husband, Danny, and her middle child, Zeke, were at home at the time of the accident.

Those who know Laci and Danny and their children know of their goodness, love, and warmth. As a family, our hearts are broken.

While money cannot change what happened it can help relieve the financial obligation that comes with burial, medical bills, and other costs associated with this tragedy. If you have the means, Danny, and the entire extended family would be grateful for your generosity.

The family released a statement Monday that reads:

Our hearts are broken by the loss of Laci, Reagan, and Hunter. They will forever be remembered by their smiles, their laughter, and their absolute love for others and for life itself. We are so grateful and fortunate to have them as family and know that they are together again with God.

We are humbled by the outpouring of love and financial support we have received. The generosity of hundreds has made it possible to cover all the immediate needs related to medical and burial. Should people still wish to donate, any additional funds will be used to support Laci’s last surviving child with the care and services he will require in the weeks and months to come.

Lastly, we ask that everyone please take extra caution when driving our local mountain roads. One tragedy is one too many and we ask that everyone please do their part to prevent anything like this from occurring again in our community.

Respectfully,

The Family of Laci, Reagan, and Hunter Wilson
