TULARE, CA (KMJ) – The Tulare County Coroner’s Office is seeking the next of kin for a man who was struck and killed on a South Valley freeway.
Edilberto Sanchez died on March 10 in the Earlimart area.
He was walking on hwy 99 when he was hit by a car by Avenue 24.
