TULARE (KMJ) — An arrest has been made in the murder of an 18-year-old woman from Tulare. 52-year-old Dale William Watson has been charged following a traffic stop in Porterville.
The victim, Dynasty Alexander, was found near an orchard off Hosfield Drive in Tulare, south of the International Agri-Center. Tulare County Sheriff’s Office described her injuries as visible trauma to the upper torso.
Dale William Watson was apprehended on Tuesday in Porterville. He was booked into Tulare County Jail early Wednesday. Detectives have secured surveillance video which allegedly shows the suspect offering the victim a ride. The video captured that exchange just after 8am Sunday; the victim was found dead at approximately 5.30pm (click here to read more).
