KMJ EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: KSKS’s Gnarley Charley inside the First California Credit Union during an armed robbery on Thursday, Feb 21, 2019.
It took place just after 10:30am at the First California Credit Union at Shields and Fresno.
Gnarley Charley from KMJ’s sister station KSKS was there inside the bank.
Charley is OK, he sent KMJ that exclusive video.
Fresno Police and the FBI, along with the Department of Treasury responded.
The robber fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police said no one was injured, and no arrests have been made.
Lt. Mark Hudson said the suspect fled in a silver, 4-door American sedan.
He described the suspect as Hispanic, in his 50s, about 5’6″ and 210 pounds, wearing dark clothes and a puffy jacket.
