FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Fresno’s 4th homicide of 2019 leaves a young father dead.
Fresno Police are now sifting through surveillance video hoping they see the person who gunned down a 22-year-old father of two.
Andrew Valdez was found early Saturday morning at 3245 N. Maple, in a parking lot near Shields.
Officers say he had several gunshot wounds.
Police attempted to provide medical aid, but Valdez died at the scene.
Fresno Police believe the shooting was an isolated event and possibly gang-related.
Investigators ask anyone with information to call Valley Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.
