(KMJ) A US Forest Service Officer is facing numerous charges after an apparent domestic dispute with his wife. 37 year old Richard Telles was arrested Wednesday at his home in Springville.
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office says a woman reported she had been involved in a physical altercation with her husband. She also reported being sexually assaulted, and physically held against her will.
Telles was immediately detained without incident. He was later transported to Porterville Substation where he was arrested and booked.
