(KMJ) – Porterville Police continue to search for an armed robbery suspect.
Officers say a man (pictured above) used a knife to hold up the Dino Mart located at 1445 West Henderson Avenue in Porterville just after 3 p.m. Tuesday. The clerk let him take an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and the suspect then took off on foot.
As a precaution, staff at nearby Monache High School placed that site on lock down as officers searched for this suspect.
He’s described as a Hispanic or White Male Adult in his mid-to-Late 20’s, approximately 5’10” and about 200 pounds, with purple Hair and possible blue eyes.
