FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – An arson suspect has been arrested for burning an American flag outside a dive shop in Central Fresno.
Fresno Fire Department Investigators reviewed the surveillance footage from August 20th, from cameras at Aqua Sports Dive Center by Shields and Blackstone.
investigators say 32-year-old Christopher Johnathan Gustin was identified from the video.
Gustin is accused of pulling out the flag and setting it on fire outside the business.
He was arrested and booked into Fresno County Jail on charges of arson and theft.
His bail was set at $35,000.
Crime Stoppers tips also aided in the investigation.
