Fresno Sheriff-Coroner’s Office Needs Help Identifying This Deceased Man

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – The Fresno County Sheriff – Coroner’s Office needs the public’s help to identify a man found deceased on May 24, 2018.

The body was discovered in the bushes near the off-ramp at Highway 41 and Herndon Ave. in Fresno.

Fresno County Sheriff – Coroner’s Office has taken fingerprints, but the results were negative.

Sheriff’s Spokesperson Tony Botti says he appears to match the description of a homeless man who was a regular visitor of the McDonald’s restaurants located at First St. and Nees Ave. and Blackstone Ave. and Bullard Ave.

Those restaurants have provided photos of that man.

Once staff at the Coroner’s Office is able to positively identify the deceased man, they can begin the process of tracking down his family members to allow for a proper burial.
