(KMJ) – Visalia Police continue to ask for the public’s help to locate a missing South Valley Man.
58-year old Yue “Randy” Chen was reported missing by his family just after 10:30 am Wednesday. He’s described as 5’7″, 170 lbs with short black hair.
Officers say he is possibly driving a 2017 Nissan Rogue 4-door SUV with CA license #: 7TRM713.
Visalia Police say Chen has made threats to harm himself and others. So, if you see him, you are asked to NOT approach him and instead call 911.
