FRESNO (KMJ) — The three victims of the Downtown Fresno shooting spree have been officially identified by the Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office.
The first victim, Zackary David Randalls, was a PG&E worker who was shot while on a ride-along inside a company truck at 330 Van Ness. He died at the hospital. The 34 year old from Clovis leaves behind a wife, and two children ages 3 and 4 years old.
“All of us at PG&E are devastated by this unbelievable act of violence, this random act”, says PG&E President Nick Stavropoulos. “We lost a member of our family, it’s hit us all very hard.”
During the press conference Wednesday, Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer mapped out all three incidents, which all took place within a block of each other close to the intersection of Van Ness and Divisadero at around 10.45am Tuesday, April 18th.
Police Chief Jerry Dyer is asking those who were at the Fulton Street bus station during Tuesday’s shooting, and were fired at by the alleged gunman, to come forward. Chief Dyer says they are also looking for the suspect’s gun, which they believe is in the possession of a Hispanic man who was at the scene and picked up the weapon.
KorI Ali Muhammad is also set to face a murder charge for the death of Motel 6 security guard Carl Williams on Thursday April 13th.
