(KMJ) – A Tulare Union High School spanish teacher has been arrested on 7 counts of sexual battery on a student, and other charges.
Tulare Police say 44-year-old Juan Javier Sanchez was taken into custody Thursday morning for allegedly committing sexual acts with a student against the victim’s will on campus during school hours.
The identity, gender and age of the victim will not be released due to the sensitivity of the situation. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call Tulare Police at (559) 684-4290.
