FRESNO (KMJ) — Fresno State is offering counseling for those who have concerns after the results of the presidential election.
Students are being offered services on a walk-in basis or at listening tables, but not everyone on campus is behind the idea.
“It’s a little overblown”, says Roberto Hernandez. “Even though, yes, it’s not the results we wanted we still have to go ahead and put our faith in him because he’s still the leader either way”.
The on-campus ‘Dream Success Center’ has also reported that undocumented individuals are expressing concern since Donald Trump’s win on Tuesday.
“I am keenly aware of the serious concerns that many of our undocumented students have about their future,” says Fresno State President Joseph Castro.
“Fresno State is committed to supporting the success of all of our talented students, including undocumented students”.
