FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The California Secretary of State’s office and the Association of Clerks and Election Officials, say the notion of a “rigged” election is unfounded.
Instances of voter fraud, they say, are extremely rare, and registrars frequently update their lists to remove people who have passed away.
A recent Gallup poll found that a majority of voters agree, and believe votes will be accurately counted.
The latest estimates show voter registration has hit a record in the Golden State, with 19.4 million residents able to exercise their democratic right.
