FRESNO, CA (KMJ) — Rene Lopez has been to serve more than 1,500 years in custody at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation as a result of multiple sexual assault convictions.
In September, Lopez was found guilty of raping his teenaged daughter over a 5-year period, from 2009 to 2013.
