FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office confirms to KMJ News that they are conducting a criminal investigation into prominent Fresno defense attorney Tony Capozzi.
The investigation started Tuesday October 11th.
Capozzi is a former US Attorney and serves on the California Commission on Judicial Performance – a post he was appointed to by then Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2010.
No official confirmation yet on the subject of the investigation.
