(KMJ) The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department captured one of their most wanted fugitives on Monday.
The Sheriff’s County Apprehension Team tracked down 43 year old Canalyn Ruffa hiding in Porterville.
She was wanted for an outstanding warrant for check fraud.
