FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Charges have been filed against the man accused of kidnapping and raping a woman west of Fresno earlier this week.
24-year-old Yair Garcia Flores of Parlier allegedly forced the 21-year-old victim into his truck at gunpoint.
The Fresno County District Attorney is charging Flores with multiple felony counts, including enhancements for using a firearm.
