(KMJ) A Fresno man, accused of a double stabbing at a recent frat party, is out of jail after posting bail.
19 year old Jay Hernandez, a student at Cuesta College, turned himself into Tulare County authorities on Monday.
San Luis Obispo police say Hernandez stabbed a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo student and another Cuesta student following a fight at a fraternity party last week.
Both victims survived. Investigators are still looking for a second, unidentified, suspect.
