FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — American workers’ satisfaction with various aspects of their employment is higher today, than it was 10 years ago.

According to a new Gallup survey, more are feeling better about their health benefits, vacation time, and relations with their coworkers.

However, no more than one in three employees is completely satisfied with their salaries, stress levels, chances for promotion, and retirement plans.

But, job security is at 57 percent, near the high recorded in 2014.
