One of the recipients, Northwest Officer Gerald Sepeda was honored for saving a man on Palm and Shaw near our station.
“There was a jogger that collapsed and me and my partner responded over there and he wasn’t breathing or had a pulse we did cpr and did the best we could until EMS got there he ended up living by the grace of God.” – Northwest Officer Gerald Sepeda.
