FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – As there is every year – there will be plenty of interesting food items at the Big Fresno Fair – which opened to the public on Wednesday.
Big Fresno Fair Deputy Manager Stacy Rianda says fairgoers can look forward to plenty of deep friend foods – bacon s’mores, guacamole and a peanut butter pickle – among other deep-fried items.
There’s some gelato milkshakes as well, including the FPD (Fresno Police Department) milkshake, which features coffee gelato and a donut on top.
For those who love the staples – corn dogs, cinnamon rolls, kettle corn and funnel cakes are out in abundance.
And there’s some healthier options – like Maui pineapple bowls, kabobs, and vegetarian dishes.
