The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department announced seven new arrests on Monday due to Operation Baby Face Phase II. Phase I was the dismantling of a sex trafficking ring that exploited more than 50 victims. That original sting resulted in 15 arrests. However, the Visalia Times-Delta reported last week only 6 of those arrested in Phase I remained in custody.
Through the new phase II on Friday, the seven predators were identified and arrested for soliciting an adult undercover deputy who purported herself to be a 16-year-old female online for sexual exploitation.
The mugshots of those arrested are listed below. One suspect, has posted bail, so his photo was not included.
