FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – California State University, Fresno is a part of Money’s “Best Colleges for Your Money” rankings. In money’s third annual rankings, Fresno State joined 13 other California State University schools in the top 50 “Best Public Colleges” (#43).
The rankings take into account affordability and the quality of education.
“I’m very, very proud of our top quality programs,” says Fresno State Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, Lynette Zelezny. “It really speaks volumes to our faculty and staff who work alongside the students every day to give them an outstanding experience at Fresno State.”
California State University, Fresno also ranked in the top 50 “Best Schools That You Can Actually Get Into” (#38). That ranking considers schools that accept at least 51% of its applicants.
Money estimates it costs $15,700 dollars to go to Fresno State with aid, which about 65% of Fresno State students receive.
