Defense Attorney Frank Carson is accused of being the ringleader in an conspiracy that resulted in the death of a 26-year-old man.
Korey Kauffman was known for stealing metals and on the night of his disappearance he stole irrigation pipes from Carson’s property.
Carson claims that any suggestion he’s involved in Kauffman’s death is absurd.
Carson’s wife is also among those arrested.
